Staying the course

So far, I'm doing fairly well sticking with this whole change. I think maybe because it's not a major change ... just a few small things during the day and a normal dinner. I have found that I'm not as hungry anymore and I'm not craving things either. I do miss chocolate, but that's something I will probably never give up completely (besides, all in moderation - a little won't hurt me!).

The last two days have been really cold, though, so I haven't been going outside to do yard work. Which means, I'm behind on my cardio. Tomorrow, it's supposed to be a bit warmer, so I'll head out there no matter what.

Oh My Gosh! I couldn't believe one food item could contain so many calories! And, I had eaten some of those things!!! That's the scarier part! I'm glad I'm changing my lifestyle.
