Happy New Year!
I wake up every morning and I think ... I am going to stick with my lifestyle change today. Despite what challenges I may face, I need to do this for myself, my children, and my husband. I need to be healthier. Today, I resolve to be healthier!
I'm sort of afraid of the scale. What if the changes I've made don't make any difference? I think that's my worst fear. It doesn't mean I'll give up. It's got to be healthier eating more vegetables and fruits than meats and sweets.
I don't know if anybody - other than my sister Stacey - is even reading this blog, but I am going to continue to post on it because it's like a journal for me. It's helping me work through some of the scariness of losing 125 pounds. So, if you're not Stacey, and you're reading this, THANK YOU for your support! Even if you don't leave a comment, I appreciate you reading this.

I'm glad to hear the "comments" are making their way through! It's frustrating when I have to try to repost them when they "won't process" or whatever!
ReplyDeleteAnywho-- I wanted to just say remember it's all those small consistent changes over time that will add up to a BIG improvement in the long run.
Don't let fear and doubt take residence in your head....when it creeps in, RECYCLE those negative thoughts w/ positive TRUTHS.
